Salary: €34,000 pro rata

Hours: 2-3 Days per week (evenings and weekends)

Are you ready to play a key part in Dublin’s northside centre for Arts?The Complex, a vibrant multidisciplinary arts centre in the heart of Dublin, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Front of House Manager to join the team.

As part of The Complex, you'll contribute to a thriving hub that produces over 150 events annually, spanning visual arts, theatre, live music, and dance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible to the General Manager

  • Manage the security of the building

  • Manage the safety of the public

  • Oversee bar staff, front of house and security

  • Manage public mitigation, manage incidents, grievances

  • Complete event/show reports

  • Oversee event maintenance and cleaning.



What We’re Looking For


Essential Skills and Experience

  • 1 year front of house/hospitality work

  • First aid training

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Late night availability

  • Interest in the arts
