The Depot Sessions returns for its third edition — a curated night of live music championing some of the most vital new sounds in Ireland right now.
The Complex is pleased to announce DOSE as the support act — a four-piece who’ve quickly carved out a distinct space within the Irish alternative scene.
Fronted by Lizzie Fitzpatrick (formerly of Bitch Falcon), and joined by bassist Lauren Heron (Merpire), synth player Aoife Spratt, and drummer Nicki Meehan, Dose is a meeting point of diverse musical lineages, unified by a shared vision. Their sound moves fluidly between shoegaze, post-punk, grunge, and dream pop — ethereal yet grounded, intimate yet expansive.
Their debut single Cuckoo (Sept 2024) was named Track of the Week on RTÉ 2FM’s The Alternative and praised by The GOO as “a fuzzy pitch-shifting cross between shoegaze and coldwave… sung by The Roches and mixed by Eno.” Their follow-up deepened the palette, with Nialler9 calling it “a slice of dream-pop-shoegaze”. Their third single After This lands April 25.
Dose’s sound is immersive, textural and emotionally charged — a compelling addition to The Depot Sessions lineup.
