Tickets €35 + fees on Eventbrite here From absolute beginners to seasoned experts. This event is open to anyone willing to get involved in the filmmaking process. We will facilitate the completion of all movies but participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment: Cameras, lenses, sound recorders, microphones, lights, computers for editing, props, costumes, makeup and so on.

Friday August 16th
Workshop
3-5pm - Independent Filmmaking with Mo O'Connell
Mo is an independent writer, director and producer (who has got funding!), founder of the Dublin International Comedy Film Festival and of 3 Hot Whiskeys. She will be talking about her creative process and the production funding pipeline.
Main Event
Doors open from 6.30 pm
We’ll be kicking off with introductions and the pitching session from 7.30pm. Ideas for films will be pitched to the whole group, followed by networking in the Lab. This will be a great chance to meet other film-makers, team up, brainstorm and attach yourself to the projects you are interested in. Directors can start rehearsing with their talents, coordinating the shoot with their crew or can even start shooting straight away.
Saturday 17th
Saturday will be a shoot day the lab will be open from 9am - 11pm that night, for teams to meet up, leave gear or even just hang out!
Sunday 18th
Screening TBC
Doors open from 6pm and we will start screening your films at 8pm.
